Solutions Driver
From day one of working together at Loupe Art, Sairalyn proved that no challenge was too great for her. Not only could she find the needle in the haystack, she organized the entire barn in the process. Complex problems were solved with easy to understand solutions that were relayed in perfect detail and with great patience to the rest of the staff. By creating a more effective workflow and solutions-driven mentality, Sairalyn quickly boosted productivity and morale
across the company.

Creates Order from Chaos
I worked under Sairalyn creating videos for the Ruscio Institute. In short, she creates order out of chaos - managing the questions and workflows of dozens of creatives like myself. She is warm, honest, and quick to reply - all of which make working together enjoyable. She set up systems for all of us to communicate and find information quickly and easily. And most of all, she is generous - giving me a fair shake at first, and listening to ideas for future projects.

Relationship Builder
I had the pleasure of working with Sairalyn when she became the Program Director at University Settlement's Cornerstone Campos Plaza community center (a Free Arts partner organization). Collaborating with her in this leadership role, I was always struck by the ease with which she built positive relationships with diverse community stakeholders, and her ability to calmly problem-solve any challenges that came her way. These were skillsets I really admired, and I
learned a ton from working with her.

Master Organizer
I have learned so much from Sairalyn about how to organize the majorly chaotic situation of running a super-underfunded but fantastic after-school program. I've learned so much about working with kids and truly appreciate the work she has set in motion.

Forward-Thinking & Driven
Sairalyn has truly been a wonderful teacher and mentor to me. When I worry about the future of this program, I try to think about everything she's taught me. I hope one day I can be a fraction of how forward-thinking, driven, and confident she is. Her lessons and attitude towards this work will always be with me.
